Show Results

Pedigree Cat breeders will often do the "Cat Show Circuit" to gain recognition for their cats and their breeding program. The benefit of this process for the buyer is to demonstrate that their new kitten comes from quality breeding stock that conforms to the recognised "breed standard". This process also assists the beeder to make contacts with other breeders, to become "known" within the breeding circle, and advertise their breed to the general public.

Sharon & Paul recommenced showing cats in May of 2021 at the Coffs Harbour Show. They will continue on the regional show circuit until all of their breeding Queens and Sires become titled. They will also take pleasure in showing their rising stars, plus their Russian black and Russian white cats, with great thanks to Fiona Tresise. To date, their show results are shown below:

Tamworth Cat Show, Tamworth NSW 2340 - July 27^th 2024

Anou Alexander Pushkin ~ Alex placed well in the top ten entire adult class against 15 other adults, including 4 other Russians. He got 2 second places and a third place in the top ten entire cats over 4 rings. He also placed best entire Russian in 3 of the 4 rings.
Anou Michael Meowers ~ Mikey also placed well in the top ten entire adult class against 15 other adults, including 4 other Russians. He got 2nd place, 4th place & 6th place in the top ten entire adults over 4 rings. He again beat his brother for Best of Breed in one ring, was reserve best in 2 rings and narrowly missed out on a best entire adult in one ring against a Cornish Rex, earning reserve best instead.
Golash Sylvester Medvedev ~ Sylvester had a fantastic debut on the show circuit against strong competition with 14 other kittens present. He got two 2^nd placings, a 3^rd and a 5^th placing in the top 10 kittens over 4 rings. He was so well behaved, which bodes well for a long show career!

Federal Cat Show, Penrith NSW 2024 - June 22^nd 2024

Anou Michael Meowers ~ Mikey placed 2^nd, 4^th and 5^th over the 4 judging rings on the day, again beating his brother in best of breed.
Anou Alexander Pushkin ~ Alex placed 1^st in two rings and 5^th in two rings. Overall, he won best entire male and best entire cat.

Armidale & Dorrigo Show 2024 - April 14^th 2024

Anou Alexander Pushkin - At almost 9 months of age, Alex placed 2^nd, 3^th and 4^th best kitten in show out of 55 kittens ehtered. He also won best Russian male kitten over his brother, and tied with his brother for best entire Russian kitten. Alex moves up to Adult Class in his next show at Kempsey in May and can start earning championship points!

Anou Felix Malyarenko - At just 3 months of age, Anou's little Russian white boy Felix attended his very first show. While he was never going to win against much older competition, but he was relaxed throughout the show and won the hearts of many. It bodes well for a great show career for Felix!

Curly Coat Cat Club Show 2024 - April 14^th 2024

Anou Michael Meowers - Now 8 months old, Anou's Russian black kitten again did well. He earned 2 x 5th Best Shorthair Kitten in show, again placing above other Russian blue kittens in the ring! (Over 3 Judging Rings).
Anou Alexander Pushkin - At 8 months of age, Alex placed reserve (2^nd), 4^th and 14^th best shorthair kitten in show. He also earned 2 x Best Russian Kitten in show (Over 3 Judging Rings).

Exotic Cat Club Show 2024 - March 17^th 2024

Anou Alexander Pushkin - Anou's 7 month old Russian blue kitten again did astoundingly well against 30 other kittens. He earned 1st Best Shortair Kitten, 2nd Best Shorthair Kitten and 5th Best Shorthair Kitten in 3 rings. He also earned Supreme Shorthair Exhibit in Ring 2 and Reserve Best Shorthair Kitten in Show! (Over 3 Judging Rings).
Anou Michael Meowers - Anou's 7 month old Russian black kitten again did well against 30 other kittens. He earned 4th Best Shorthair Kitten, placing above 2 other Russian blue kittens in the ring! (Over 3 Judging Rings).

FCCQ Mardi Gras Meow 2024 - March 3^rd 2024

Anou Alexander Pushkin - Anou's new Russian blue sire did very well in the kitten ring against 32 other kittens. He was placed best Russian kitten twice, and reserve best Russian kitten. (Over 3 Judging Rings).
Anou Michael Meowers - Anou's new Russian black sire again did very well in the kitten ring against 32 other kittens. He earned a reserve best Russian kitten placing, against other Russian blue cats of high calibre! (Over 3 Judging Rings).

Strathpine QLD Cat Show 2023 Results - Nov 19^th 2023

Anou Alexander Pushkin - Anou's new Russian blue future sire did very well in his first show, at just 15 weeks of age. He was placed 4^th, 5^th & 9^th Best Kitten in Show (Over 4 Judging Rings).
Anou Michael 'Mikey' Meowers - Anou's new Russian black future sire also did well in his first show, at just 15 weeks of age. He was placed 9^th Best Kitten in Show out of a total of 17 kittens (Over 4 Judging Rings).

Tamworth Cat Show 2023 Results - July 29^th 2023

CH Anou Odna Tochka - Anou's Russian white sire One Dot continues to impress in show. He was placed 4^th & 5^th Best Entire Male/Female (5 Judging Rings). Excellent & encouraging comments were made about his coat thickness, and he is becoming quite relaxed in a show setting.
Gd.CH Synova - Anou's desexed Russian blue girl Synova gained her next level of championship. She was placed 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd & 5^th Best Desexed Male/Female (5 Judging Rings).

CH Synova - 5^th & 3 x 4^th Best in Top 5 Group 3 Spay Female + Best Russian Spay & Best Desexed Russian (6 Judging Rings)
Odna Tochka - One Dot did very well in his very first show outing, and was twice placed "Reserve Best Russian" over his Russian blue competition. As the only Russian white in show, he also won Best Russian White (6 Judging Rings)
Anou Nina - Nina did very well in her very first show outing, up against very stiff competition. She was placed 5^th Best Kitten (6 Judging Rings)
